Author: Mr. Fan, where are you from? What did you do before? When did you come to Zou district?

Mr. Fan: I'm from Taixing, Jiangsu Province. I used to make clothes. Later, I worked with my relatives to set up an industrial and mining lamp factory. At the end of 2002, he came to Zou District lamp city to start operating lamps.

Author: could you tell me something about your visit to Zou district?

Mr. Fan: when we first arrived in Zou District, we sublet a 240 square meter store in the lamp city, mainly selling industrial lamps and outdoor lamps. In June 2003, we applied for registration of Changzhou mingjiahui Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. In Zou District, it is determined to set up a new factory, which is positioned to produce its own brand "Haotian" industrial and mining products, outdoor lamps and lanterns and "mingjiahui" light source electrical products, and is at the forefront of the market with the business mode of integrating production and sales.

After several years of enterprise growth experience, the company adheres to the ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification of "continuous improvement and customer satisfaction", the national "CCC" compulsory product certification and the national "CQC" product certification. The "Haotian" brand lighting products produced by "mingjiahui" have fully passed the national "CCC" compulsory product certification and the national "CQC" product certification, and won the honors of "Jiangsu market recognized brand product" and "China famous brand". The State Administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine awarded it "national enterprise with stable and qualified product quality", Changzhou Administration for Industry and Commerce awarded it "Changzhou inspection free enterprise", and Changzhou enterprise credit (contract) review committee awarded it "AAA" credit rating.

While focusing on brand building, the company has invested heavily in production equipment, mold research and development, technical innovation and market sales network, and has formed an industrial scale with an annual sales volume of more than tens of millions of yuan. Author: Why did you choose Zou district to start a business?

Mr. Fan: going out of Northern Jiangsu and developing across the Yangtze River has made my dream of starting a business. As a result, I have visited many places. After weighing and comparing Wuhan, Chengdu, Guzhen, Xi'an, Zhengzhou and Zou District lamp city of Changzhou, I found that more than half of the industries of domestic industrial and mining and outdoor lamps are concentrated in Changzhou and surrounding areas, with complete product accessories and convenient process matching. Author: Mr. Fan, how do you feel about the rapid development of your company in the face of so many honors?

Mr. Fan: in recent years, our company has been rated as "China's excellent lighting dealer", "top 500 most competitive lighting dealers in China's first tier cities", Changzhou inspection free enterprise awarded by Changzhou Administration for Industry and commerce, the "best growth Award" issued by Philips, the "first sales award" issued by Shanghai Yaming light bulb factory "Yaming Star Award" and other awards: at the same time, "mingjiahui" was elected as the vice president unit of Changzhou Lighting Appliance Association. In addition to our own efforts, our company has won many honors and titles, which are inseparable from the care and support of the leaders of the lamp city and relevant government departments.

Author: please talk about the company's sustainable development and what experience you have.

Mr. Fan: I can't talk about experience. I can only say a little about enterprise development. In our daily business work, we always have a peaceful heart. If we want to do good, we must be good. Specifically, first, we should establish the concept of honest management. No matter whether the business is large or small, whether it is successful or not, the people who come to our door are all customers, especially those who cheat, cut off customers and get lucky. Second, we should have a mind of empathy and tolerance. When you receive customers, you can treat them equally and sincerely. In short, as an enterprise or business, reputation can not be obtained overnight. We should establish the service concept of long-term cooperation and perseverance, and the society will eventually recognize you.

Author: it is reported that your company has been successfully registered as a provincial-level enterprise recently. Please introduce the specific situation.

Mr. Fan: in combination with the integrated industrial and commercial business model of our company, in order to make full use of and scientifically integrate the existing enterprise brand resources and promote the development of the enterprise into the fast lane, not long ago, our company invested 10 million yuan of registered capital to apply for the registration of "Jiangsu mingjiahui Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd." and "Changzhou mingjiahui Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd." was invested by "Jiangsu mingjiahui Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd." to form a scientific separation of production and sales, Now it has been approved by the industry and Commerce Department, and has handled the business license and all legal procedures.

The main agent brands are "Philips", "Asia", "1923", "vs", "ruigao", "Shanghai Yuanming", "Beijing Aihua" HID series lighting products and "Schneider / Qisheng" electrical switches.

Author: would you please talk about the future development and positioning of the enterprise?

Mr. Fan: as the enterprise starts from a high starting point, the introduction of human resources, brand image planning, independent and personalized product research and development, scientific establishment of market sales network, and perfect sales service system will all put forward higher requirements for us.
