They have the local social background, human resources and capital advantages. The manufacturer ignores the interests of the agent and will lose the brand in the local market. It is inevitable that there will be conflicts of interests in doing business. Both parties should also value harmony. Manufacturers should examine their own positions and do not harm loyal dealers.
