Lighting technology and Design: from the numerous agents of Yaming, it has been the first in sales in China for four consecutive years. What do you think a successful dealer should have? What supporting services does Yaming provide to dealers?
 Fan Shicai: At the beginning of the new year, on the occasion of the successful convening of the national dealers' meeting of Shanghai Yaming, I would like to extend my best wishes for the year of the rabbit to all colleagues on behalf of "mingjiahui"! Here, I think that as a "Yaming" dealer, you can't just talk about heroes based on performance. Regional resources and sales performance are closely related. You have a region, you have a resource, and you should bear a responsibility. A successful dealer, of course, must have some of its own conditions, such as capabilities and resources, and good products will give it enough voice. A well-known brand, high-quality products, and a good market policy atmosphere are all prerequisites for success. The demand of the lighting market is objective, and the proportion of your products is directly proportional to the popularity of the brand.

Founded in 1923, Shanghai Yaming light bulb factory Co., Ltd. is the first national lighting enterprise in China and the first light bulb manufacturer in China. "Ya" brand is a well-known national brand. Since the joint venture with Philips at the end of the last century, the "Shanghai Yaming" market reappeared and revived in 2000. With the belief of revitalizing national brands, the new leaders will create first-class products in the market with China's first brand, effectively integrate the traditional brand concept with foreign cooperation resources, so as to inject new vitality into the enterprise and embark on a new journey with vigorous steps.

In terms of dealer management, "Yaming" arranges full-time sales representatives to track in each region, and their efforts in this regard are commendable. The smooth development of the dealer's work cannot be separated from the scientific, reasonable and in place support of the manufacturer.

For four consecutive years, I have won the first place in the sales of "Yaming" in China and won the title of sales champion. The moment I walked on the podium made me feel a lot of emotion:

First, the power of "Ya" and "1923" brands is infinite;

Second, "Shanghai Yaming" has scientific marketing management, in place channel construction and good market operation;

Third, Changzhou is the distribution center of engineering lighting lamps and lanterns, and "mingjiahui" has its regional protection, and will certainly bear the responsibility entrusted by the brand;

Fourth, we constantly cultivate channels, build sales networks, strengthen communication with customers and establish a good service corporate image every day.

In addition, the development of dealers in a region is inseparable from social resources such as government, industry and Commerce and taxation.

 
 Lighting technology and Design: what do you think of Yaming's flight plan last year?
Fan Shicai: The "flying plan" launched by "Yaming" last year is very good. It puts forward the concept of "taking integrity as the foundation, quality as the center, providing user convenience as the principle, user satisfaction as the purpose, and reducing the use cost as the purpose" to help dealers fully link and integrate the customer resources of the surrounding lighting stores, Let the dealers distinguish the late market impetus generated by "brand machine" and "Shanzhai machine" from the complete set of light source electrical equipment assembly and original products, and carry out various market publicity through the plan of thousands of outlets, dig deep market resources, actively link resources, and send orders to the dealers to ensure that the dealers have the name, profit and status.

 Lighting technology and Design: what policy adjustments will Yaming make in the new year?
Fan Shicai: In 2011, Shanghai Yaming will change its growth mode and continue to increase investment in science, technology and industry. Shanghai Yaming will integrate all the resources of Feile sound listed company to find strategic partners and invest in the construction of national level technology center and national level laboratory. Shanghai Yaming will also try to cooperate with scientific research and design units to develop lighting services (solutions). In addition, Shanghai Yaming will continue to invest in expanding energy - saving lighting products production equipment and environmental protection facilities

Of course, we are more concerned that "Yaming" will further improve the product line, accelerate the transformation to LED lighting products, and increase the investment in electronic control and lamps. A large number of product brochures have been distributed to dealers at this dealer conference, and practical market policies and inspiring sales incentives have been given. The company's products will develop in the direction of more energy-saving and environmental protection, electronic and compact, closer to market application and providing solutions for customers; The company will continue to strengthen the construction of marketing network, increase investment in brand promotion, increase marketing promotion, increase investment in research and development, increase product varieties and meet market demand. 

 Lighting technology and Design: does your enterprise team, enterprise management and enterprise culture have any unique features or share with us?
 Fan Shicai: "Mingjiahui" is only a drop in the ocean of lighting industry; "Mingjiahui" employees love their jobs and work hard. Compared with the dealers in the industry, the advantage lies in the fact that our company also acts as an agent for the production of brand products and independent brand lamps and lanterns. This is to produce our own brand lamps and lanterns through the general assembly of "Yaming" brand light source appliances and core technologies, thus avoiding the long-term unsolvable puzzle of cross regional sales and effectively ensuring the maintenance of the sales order in "Yaming" region. So far, our company has initially formed an enterprise scale with industrial engineering lighting, commercial office lighting, road courtyard lighting, square landscape lighting and other lighting products. The engineering lighting products produced by "mingjiahui" enterprises have fully obtained the national 3C certification and CQC certification qualification certificates, and won the honors of "Changzhou famous trademark" and "Jiangsu famous brand product".

In my opinion, a successful dealer is not only handling sales. If it has the deep processing and OEM cooperation ability of its own brand production, it will gain more market products and sales coverage, and will lay a solid foundation for success.

In 2011, the overall sales target of Yaming was 2 billion yuan and the individual sales target of "mingjiahui" was 60 million yuan.
